The Skye Half Marathon has to be a top 10 race for any half marathon runner. Dramatic, rugged, remote, tough - a destination race for a great weekend making new friendships in the most beautiful setting. This closed road event fills up fast. Staffin Triathlon & 10K
Saturday 31st August 2024
Staffin Sprint Triathlon, Mini-Sprint Triathlon, or 10k Run set beneath the dramatic outline of the Trotternish Ridge on the North East coast of the Isle of Skye. The terrain will excite and challenge both the novice and the experienced Triathlete, and 10k runner.
Race Dunvegan

A beautiful mixed terrain 10k, 5k, Walking 5k, and 2k Fun Run. All races start in the magnificent grounds of Dunvegan Castle and wind through the beautiful woodlands of the Estate. Mark the date - Saturday 23rd March 2024. Registration open.
Battle of the Isles
Skye runners can compete on a 10k or 5k course while Lewis runners will have concurrent races in Stornoway. Just remember to Run for Skye when registering. A date for 2024 has yet to be announced.
Skye's The Limit
Work as a team to exercise for as many hours as you can to help raise funds for Skye Cancer Care and Skye and Lochalsh Citizen’s Advice Bureau. A date for 2024 is yet to be announed.
Skye Santa Dash

The Santa Dash for 2023 had almost 200 Santas or Santa's Elves with their Santa Paws dashing about Portree for a great morning, some real laughs, and raising £350 for Skye Cancer Care & Skye & Lochalsh CAB. With thanks to the amazing Billy & Emma Shanks of Shanks Plumbing & Renewables who sponsored the day and provided all the prizes, to all our volunteer marshals, and the Committee and Trustees for being there time and again to make sure our events run smoothly.
